Qu'est-ce que ça veut dire "courting"?

So, at the moment, I'm being courted. (insert batting eyelashes here) A girl used to jumping either into a relationship or the sack with someone scratches her head at the "courting" notion, though she's been longing for it, complaining at the lack of it, for years. There is nothing worse than someone you just met shoving their tongue down your throat mid-conversation. In this day and age, how does one tame technology-infused ADHD, take a breather and a step back, relax and enjoy the courtship? And what in the hell is courting anyway exactly? Join me as I head straight to the experts to find out...
